§ 33-2-904. CRIMINAL PENALTIES.

  • (a)

    In general. A person who violates this title, or a regulation, order, or permit condition adopted or issued under this title, is guilty of a misdemeanor and on conviction is subject to imprisonment not exceeding 90 days or a fine not exceeding $1,000 or both.

    (b)

    Separate offenses. Each day a violation occurs is a separate offense.
