§ 33-2-208. DESIGN REQUIREMENTS.

(a)

Purpose. The design standards and requirements established under this title are intended to assure that the preparation and review of proposed development in the Chesapeake Bay Critical Area is in compliance with the requirements under the Chesapeake Bay Critical Area criteria.

(b)

Applicability. Subject to § 33-2-104 of this title, development shall:

(1)

Meet the requirements of this article;

(2)

Meet the standards and requirements under Article 32, Title 4 of the Code; and

(3)

Conform to the policy and intent of the Code.
