§ 32-8-302. HISTORIC STRUCTURES.

(a)

Approved waiver. Substantial improvements to historic structures which do not comply fully with the elevation and construction requirements must receive an approved waiver before issuance of a building permit.

(b)

Retain historic structure designation. The structure must retain historic structure designation as a condition of a waiver.
