§ 32-7-107. CONTRACTS OF SALE.

The seller of any real property that appears on the preliminary county landmarks list, the final county landmarks list, or that is located within any proposed or designated county historic district shall disclose in writing to the buyer before the execution of a contract of sale that the property is on either of the county landmark lists, is located within a proposed or designated county historic district, or is both on a county landmarks list and located in a county historic district.
