§ 32-6-106. SEWER.

Building permits may not be issued unless an applicant meets the requirements of:
(1)

For property that is located in the metropolitan district:

(i)

§ 32-4-410(b) of this article and Articles 20 and 34 of the code; and

(ii)

§ 4A02 of the Baltimore County Zoning Regulations; or

(2)

For property that is not served by a public sewer system, § 32-4-410(b) of this article and Article 34 of the Code.
