§ 32-5-101. DEFINITIONS.

(a)

In general. In this title the following words have the meanings indicated.

(b)

Authority. "Authority" means a commercial district management authority established under this title.

(c)

Membership. "Membership" means those property owners within the geographic confines of the authority who the County Council has specified as the membership of the authority.

(d)

Organization. "Organization" means the formal structure of the authority's management.

(e)

Property owner. "Property owner" means a person or entity shown as the owner of record on the county tax roll.
