§ 32-4-413. GRADING AND EROSION AND SEDIMENT CONTROL.

A plat may not be approved unless provision is made for grading or for erosion and sediment control that will minimize soil erosion, loss of topsoil, sedimentation of streams, and degradation of water quality in the area.
