§ 32-4-263. PUBLIC WORKS AGREEMENT TO CONFORM TO DEVELOPMENT PLAN.

A public works agreement, if required by Subtitle 3 of this title, shall conform to the approved plan and may not be executed before approval of the Development Plan.
