§ 32-4-254. APPROVAL OR DISAPPROVAL.

(a)

Approval and revisions. Following the meeting required under § 32-4-253 of this subtitle, the Department of Environmental Protection and Sustainability and the Department of Planning jointly shall either approve the site analysis plan or specify the revisions or additional information necessary for obtaining approval of the site analysis plan.

(b)

Disapproval. If the Department of Environmental Protection and Sustainability and the Department of Planning disapprove the site analysis plan, or if the applicant is unwilling to make any revisions required by the county, the applicant may, within 30 days after receiving notification from the county, appeal the decision to the Board of Appeals.
