§ 32-4-230. COMBINED ZONING AND DEVELOPMENT PLAN APPROVAL HEARING.

(a)
In general.
If the Development Plan requires a special exception, variance, special hearing, or
interpretation of the Baltimore County Zoning Regulations, the applicant may combine
the public hearing required under Title 3, Subtitle 3 of this article and under the
Baltimore County Zoning Regulations with the public hearing held by the Hearing Officer
on the Development Plan.
(b)
Scheduling.
The scheduling of the combined hearing shall be subject to § 32-4-225 of this subtitle.
