§ 32-4-222. REQUIRED BACKGROUND INFORMATION.

  • (a)

    In general. The Development Plan shall contain the following background information:

    (1)

    A vicinity map showing site location;

    (2)

    A note identifying election and councilmanic districts;

    (3)

    Census tract and watershed;

    (4)

    Subdivision name and applicant's name and address;

    (5)

    Name and address of person who prepared the Development Plan;

    (6)

    Current zoning of the subject property and surrounding properties, including the location of any residential transition areas;

    (7)

    Ownership of the subject property and adjacent properties, including deed references and tax account number, as shown on the most recent tax maps published by the State Department of Assessments and Taxation, or more current information if available to the applicant;

    (8)

    Existing buildings and access points on property adjacent to the subject property;

    (9)

    Petitions for variances, special exceptions, special hearings, Chesapeake Bay Critical Area variations, or requests for waivers from county regulations or standards; and

    (10)

    Limitations established by the courts, Board of Appeals, Planning Board, Zoning Commissioner and the Director of Permits, Approvals and Inspections or restrictive covenants recorded with individuals or groups that would limit proposed development on the site.

    (b)

    Certification of no delinquencies. The Development Plan shall contain a certification under oath that there are no delinquent accounts for any other development with respect to:

    (1)

    The applicant;

    (2)

    A person with a financial interest in the proposed development; or

    (3)

    A person who will perform contractual services on behalf of the proposed development.

    (c)

    Required signatures. The Development Plan shall be signed and sealed by a surveyor, engineer, architect, or landscape architect, as appropriate, indicating that the plan is accurate and has been prepared in compliance with this title and any regulations adopted under the authority in this title.
