§ 32-4-216. CONCEPT PLAN CONFERENCE.
(a)
Agencies included in the conference. Within 10 working days following the filing of a concept plan, the Department of Permits, Approvals and Inspections shall hold a concept plan conference with the applicant and representatives from the Department of Environmental Protection and Sustainability, the Department of Planning, the Department of Permits, Approvals and Inspections, and other appropriate agencies, to receive the comments of the agencies.
(b)
Participants to be invited to the community input meeting. The Department of Planning shall identify the participants to be invited to the community input meeting.
(c)
Conflict with the Master Plan. The county shall also identify any conflict between the proposed development and the Master Plan.
