§ 32-3-235. BOARD ACTION.

  • (a)

    In general. The Board of Appeals shall:

    (1)

    Conduct a hearing on the petition within 30 days after the petition was filed or as immediately thereafter as the Board's schedule provides; and

    (2)

    Issue an order within 10 days after the hearing if there is no opposition.

    (b)

    Opposition to a petition. If there is opposition to a petition, the Board of Appeals may continue a hearing to allow for further presentation of the issues.
