§ 32-3-216. CAMPAIGN CONTRIBUTIONS.

During the comprehensive zoning map process from September 1 in the year in which the time for filing issues has commenced to September 16 of the following year, as set forth in this Part II of this subtitle, the members of the county council may not accept campaign contributions, hold fundraising events, or solicit campaign contributions or future campaign contributions.
