§ 32-2-304. NOTICE OF PUBLIC RESERVATION REQUIRED.

  • (a)

    Newspaper publication. The County Council shall provide notice of the proposed public reservation once a week for two successive weeks in two newspapers of general circulation.

    (b)

    Certified copies of the resolution. The County Council shall send certified copies of the resolution to the applicant, the property owner, the governmental agency concerned with the acquisition, and the Department of Planning.

    (c)

    Recordation of the resolution.

    (1)

    Within fifteen days after passage of the resolution, the Department of Planning shall record the resolution in the land records of the county.

    (2)

    The recordation shall include notice of the date of the expiration of the reservation period.
