§ 30-4-101. IN GENERAL.

The Department of Recreation and Parks or the Mayor and City Council of Baltimore, or the entity that succeeds the Mayor and City Council in having jurisdiction over Lake Roland and the adjoining lands owned by Baltimore City, may adopt regulations for the use of Lake Roland and the adjoining property owned by the Mayor and City Council of Baltimore for recreational and other purposes.
