§ 30-1-101. DEFINITIONS.

(a)

In general. In this article the following words have the meanings indicated.

(b)

Department. "Department" means the Department of Recreation and Parks.

(c)

Director. "Director" means the Director of the Department or the Director's designee.

(d)

Park.

(1)

"Park" means a park, playground, recreational area, or a school recreation center operated or administered by the Department for recreational purposes.

(2)

"Park" includes the facilities, buildings, grounds, and water operated or administered by the Department.

(e)

Vehicle. "Vehicle" means a motor vehicle, moped, minibike, trail bike, all-terrain vehicle, snowmobile, bicycle, and other cycles.
