§ 29-3-115. CRIMINAL PENALTIES.

  • (a)

    Prohibition. A person may not:

    (1)

    Falsify documents, records, or reports that have been subpoenaed under this title;

    (2)

    Willfully give false testimony before the Commission or the Executive Director; or

    (3)

    Intimidate a witness, complainant, or respondent in a proceeding before the Commission.

    (b)

    Penalty. A person who violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor.
