§ 29-3-108. HEARING PANELS.

(a)

Number of members. The Chairman shall appoint at least three members of the Commission to serve on an administrative hearing panel for the purpose of holding hearings under this title.

(b)

Complainant may not be on the panel. An individual member of the Commission who files a complaint under this article may not participate, except as a complainant, in an administrative hearing arising from the member's complaint.
