§ 29-3-102. HEARINGS ON PATTERNS OF DISCRIMINATION.

  • (a)

    Authority. The Commission may hold an immediate hearing regarding patterns of discrimination which are not the subject matter of a complaint filed under this title.

    (b)

    Purpose. The purpose of the hearing is to resolve the problem promptly by gathering facts and making recommendations to appropriate persons.

    (c)

    Recommendations not binding. The recommendations of the Commission under this section do not constitute a binding order on any person.
