§ 29-2-402. PROHIBITIONS.

(a)

Denial of a loan. A lending institution may not engage in discrimination in denying a loan.

(b)

Conditions of loan. A lending institution may not engage in discrimination in the fixing of the down payment, interest rate, duration, or other terms or conditions of a loan.
