§ 29-2-303. EXCEPTIONS.
This subtitle does not apply to:
(1)
A portion of a private club or similar establishment which is not open to the public except to the extent that the facilities of the establishment are made available to the customers or patrons of an establishment within the scope of this section;
(2)
An owner-occupied establishment containing less than two rental rooms or apartments;
(3)
The county government, the county Board of Education, or county community college; and
(4)
The provision of accommodations that are distinctly private or personal.
