§ 29-1-102. PUBLIC POLICY.

(a)

Equal opportunity. All citizens of the county and all persons transacting business in the county shall have an equal opportunity to pursue their lives and conduct their business free of discrimination.

(b)

Discrimination contrary to public policy. Discrimination is contrary to the public policy of the county.

(c)

Purpose. It is the purpose of this article to eliminate discrimination within the county.
