§ 25-1-104. CREATION OF A REGULATORY BODY.

Latest version.

The County Council may create a regulatory body to fully carry out the responsibilities retained by the Council to:
(1)

Insure performance,

(2)

Regulate rates to the extent allowed under federal law and regulations; and

(3)

Exercise other duties and responsibilities granted by the County Council.
