§ 25-1-102. PROPRIETARY INFORMATION.

  • (a)

    Franchisee's right to limit disclosure. The franchisee may limit the disclosure of proprietary information that the franchisee submits to the county in order to preserve the franchisee's interest in maintaining the confidentiality of the information, provided access to the information being limited is granted to agents or employees of the county who must use or review the information in order to carry out the provisions of this article.

    (b)

    Review of information at franchisee's office. The franchisee may request the county to review proprietary information at the franchisee's principal local office.
