§ 24-3-203. APPLICATION.

(a)

Schedule. The Department may accept applications at any time.

(b)

Required information.

(1)

The applicant shall submit an application on a form required by the Department.

(2)

The applicant shall include with the application:

(i)

A current deed;

(ii)

A current tax assessment;

(iii)

Documentation of financial conditions; and

(iv)

Documentation of imminent threat.

(c)

When Department may consider applications. The Department may consider applications for participation in the preservation program when funds are sufficient to allow the funding of the purchase of a county agricultural easement.
