§ 24-3-110. RECORDATION AND ADMINISTRATION.

(a)

Recordation - Required. The county shall record an easement in the land records of the county.

(b)

Same - Not subject to tax. The recordation of an easement is not subject to a county transfer or recordation tax.

(c)

Administration. The Department shall administer this title in accordance with this article and state law.
