§ 24-2-101. STATE AGRICULTURAL DISTRICTS.

(a)

Establishment. State agricultural districts shall be established by legislative act of the County Council and in accordance with the provisions of state law.

(b)

Alteration, abolishment, termination. Alteration or abolishment of state agricultural districts or termination of state agricultural district agreements shall be accomplished in accordance with:

(1)

§ 2-509 of the Agriculture Article of the Annotated Code of Maryland; and

(2)

The regulations and procedures adopted by the Foundation.
