§ 24-1-102. REGULATIONS.

(1)

The Department may adopt regulations in consultation with the Agricultural Board to carry out the provisions of this article.

(2)

Regulations shall be adopted in accordance with the requirements of Title 3, Subtitle 7 of the Code.
