§ 21-8-102. SCOPE.

(a)

Huckster and peddlers license. A person who is required to obtain a license for a food truck under this title may not obtain a hucksters and peddlers license for the food truck under Title 11 of this article.

(b)

Inapplicability. This title does not apply to farmers or growers selling their own raw agricultural products.
