§ 21-7-105. FEES.

The County Administrative Officer may impose reasonable charges and fees for license examinations, renewal licenses, appeals to an arbitration panel, licenses issued under the waiver provisions of § 21-7-207 of this title, permits, inspections, and other services rendered by the Department under the authority of this title.
