§ 21-7-101. DEFINITIONS.

(a)

In general. In this title the following words have the meanings indicated.

(b)

Board. "Board" means the Electrical Administrative Board established under Article 3, Title 3 of the Code.

(c)

Director. "Director" includes the Director's designee.

(d)

Division. "Division" means the Division of Code Inspections and Enforcement in the Department.

(e)

Enforcement officer. "Enforcement officer" means a code inspection enforcement officer of the Division.
