§ 21-6-101. LICENSE - REQUIRED.

A person may not operate a camp without receiving a license from the Department of Permits, Approvals and Inspections, subject to:
(1)

The approval of the Department of Environmental Protection and Sustainability; and

(2)

The applicant's compliance with all county laws and regulations.
