§ 21-5-105. PENALTY.

(a)

Misdemeanor. A person who conducts a sale as an auctioneer in violation of § 21-5-101 of this title is guilty of a misdemeanor and on conviction is subject to a fine of not less than $100.

(b)

Each sale a violation. Each sale conducted in violation of § 21-5-101 of this title shall be considered a separate violation.
