§ 21-5-102. APPLICATION AND FEE.

  • (a)

    In general. An applicant for a license shall:

    (1)

    Submit to the Department an application on the form that the Department provides; and

    (2)

    Pay to the Department a fee set by the County Administrative Officer.

    (b)

    Contents of the application. The application provided by the Department for an auctioneer's license shall include the applicant's:

    (1)

    Name;

    (2)

    Age; and

    (3)

    Permanent business and residence addresses.

    (c)

    Fees established by the Administrative Officer.

    (1)

    The County Administrative Officer shall establish the annual license fee for auctioneers; and

    (2)

    The Department may not prorate or allow for a rebate of the license fee.

    (d)

    Disposition of the fees. License fees received under this section shall be credited to the Board of Education's school fund.
