§ 21-4-308. ENFORCEMENT.

The Director:

(1)

Shall make all investigations reasonably necessary to the enforcement of this subtitle; and

(2)

For enforcement purposes, may enter and inspect at all reasonable times an amusement hall or a roller skating rink:

(i)

For which a license is required;

(ii)

Which is operating under a license; or

(iii)

For which the Director has suspended or revoked a license.
