§ 21-2-204. GROUNDS FOR SUSPENSION, DENIAL, NON-RENEWAL, OR REVOCATION OF LICENSE.

The Director may deny, suspend, or revoke a license, or deny the renewal of any license under this title if the Director finds that the applicant, or if the applicant is a corporation or partnership, any officer, director, principal, partner, or stockholder of the corporation, or of any corporation, association, or partnership having an interest of 10% or more in the applicant:

(1)

Violated any provision of this title;

(2)

Falsified any part of the application on which the license was granted under this title;

(3)

Failed to notify the Director within 14 days of any change in the information provided in the application for the license;

(4)

Refused a right of entry or inspection to a person authorized under this title; or

(5)

Has been convicted, placed on probation before judgement, or held liable for any:

(i)

Violation of this title; or

(ii)

Act involving moral turpitude, including any violation of federal, state or local law.
