§ 21-2-103. INSPECTIONS.

(a)

Periodic inspections. The Director shall periodically inspect the premises of every adult entertainment business to ensure compliance with this title.

(b)

Entry. The Director, the Chief of Police, or their authorized designees, on exhibiting proper credentials on request, may enter any adult entertainment business without the consent of the owner or occupant at any time during business or operating hours and at such other times as may be necessary in any situation that may pose an immediate threat to life, property, or public safety, for the purpose of performing their duties under this title or enforcing its provisions.
