§ 21-22-115. ENFORCEMENT.

(a)

Enforcement actions. The Chief of Police may institute any action at law or equity, including injunction or mandamus, to enforce the provisions of this title.

(b)

Violation. A person who violates any provision of this title is guilty of a misdemeanor and on conviction is subject to a fine not exceeding $1,000 or imprisonment not exceeding 6 months or both.
