§ 21-22-106. APPROVAL OF APPLICATION.

Latest version.

The Director may approve an application unless:
(1)

The information provided by the applicant is incorrect or incomplete; or

(2)

The premises listed in the application does not comply with the county's health, zoning, fire, or building code requirements.
