§ 21-22-103. LICENSE REQUIRED.

(a)

License required. A person may not do business as an electronic device dealer without having first obtained a license to do so from the Director.

(b)

Inapplicable to licensed pawnshop. A licensed pawnshop as regulated under § 436 of the Baltimore County Zoning Regulations is not subject to this title.

Section 2 of Bill No. 6-14 provides that an electronic device dealer as defined in Article 21, Title 22, of the Baltimore County Code, 2003 in operation on or before the effective date of this Act, shall obtain an electronic device dealer license under Article 21, Title 22 of the Baltimore County Code, 2003 by April 16, 2014.
