§ 21-21-115. PENALTY.

Latest version.

A person who violates any provision of this title is guilty of a misdemeanor and on conviction is subject to:
(1)

A fine not exceeding $500 for a first offense; or

(2)

A fine not exceeding $5,000 or imprisonment not exceeding one year or both for a subsequent offense.
