Title 21. JUNK DEALERS AND SCRAP METAL PROCESSORS |
§ 21-21-103. LICENSE REQUIRED.
(a)
License required. A person may not do business as a junk dealer or scrap metal processor without having first obtained a license to do so from the Director.
(b)
Application of state law. Notwithstanding any provision of this title, a junk dealer or scrap metal processor is subject to all applicable provisions of Title 17 of the Business Regulation Article of the Annotated Code of Maryland.

Editor's note:
Section 2 of Bill No. 78-09 provides that a scrap metal processor as defined in Article 21, Title 21, of the Baltimore County Code, 2003 in operation on or before the effective date of this Act, shall obtain a scrap metal processor license under Article 21, Title 21 of the Baltimore County Code, 2003 by June 1, 2010.
