§ 21-20-105. ENFORCEMENT.

(a)

Action at law or equity. The Department may institute any action at law or equity, including injunction or mandamus, to enforce the provisions of this title.

(b)

Civil penalties. Alternatively, and in addition to and concurrent with all other remedies, the Department may enforce the provisions of this title with civil penalties in accordance with Article 3, Title 6 of the Code.

(c)

Amount. A person who violates any provision of this title is subject to a civil penalty of not more than $1,000.

(d)

Separate offense. Each day that a violation continues is a separate offense.
