§ 21-1-101. DEFINITIONS.

(a)

In general. In this article the following words have the meanings indicated.

(b)

Chief of Police. "Chief of Police" means the county Chief of Police or the Chief's designee.

(c)

Department. "Department" means the Department of Permits, Approvals and Inspections.

(d)

Director. "Director" means the Director of the Department of Permits, Approvals and Inspections.
