§ 21-17-210. RECORDS.

(a)

Required. In accordance with Article 3, Title 8 of the Code, the Department shall keep a complete record of the license issued to each taxicab driver and of all renewals, suspensions, and revocations of the license.

(b)

Original application. The record shall be kept on file with the original application for the license.
