§ 21-16-121. USE OF PUBLIC SPACE PROHIBITED.

A person who tows a motor vehicle from the scene of an accident, parking lot or garage, or because it is otherwise illegally parked may not use any public space for the accommodation of the motor vehicle unless directed by a member of the Police Department.
