§ 21-15-224. CRIMINAL PENALTIES.

(a)

Prohibition. Except as otherwise provided in this subtitle, a person who is not licensed under this subtitle may not construct, erect, alter, or repair any plumbing or gasfitting work.

(b)

Scope of a license. A licensee may not do or perform any plumbing or gasfitting work not authorized by the license issued.

(c)

Misdemeanor. A person who violates the provisions of this section is guilty of a misdemeanor.
