§ 21-15-104. PLUMBING AND GASFITTING CODE.

(a)

County to adopt code and regulations. The county shall adopt and enforce:

(1)

A Plumbing and Gasfitting Code; and

(2)

Necessary regulations governing the use of water and sewer connections and for the maintenance and operation of county systems.

(b)

Violation a misdemeanor. A person who receives a copy of the code or regulations adopted under subsection (a) of this section and thereafter violates them is guilty of a misdemeanor.
