§ 21-14-105. OTHER PERSONS.

(a)

Other participants. A person may not participate in a parade without the express permission of the permit holder if the permit holder requires persons to register to participate at least 7 days before the date of the parade.

(b)

Vendors.

(1)

Except for a vendor located within an established building on a parade route, a person may not sell food or merchandise of any kind within 100 feet of the parade route on property controlled by the county without the express permission of the permit holder.

(2)

The permit holder may charge a nominal fee for a vendor's participation.
